cap D is a modern day Renaissance Man. From his early years putting the hip-hop group All Natural on the map as one of Chicago’s most-respected underground hip-hop groups, to building the brand for All Natural, Inc. into one of the world’s most-respected independent hip-hop labels, to serving as associate editor at Third World Press publishing, to embarking on his solo rap career while lecturing at preeminent universities, to involving himself as an activist in the on-the-ground work done by community organizers, to his professional life as an attorney representing sports teams such as the Chicago Bulls, Chicago White Sox and Oakland A’s…cap has pretty much done it all. And he has done it well.
