Black ELement told me a few days ago that there is still a heartbeat in Boston and it beats in the boisterous chest of Boycott Blues; a ghetto philosopher that recently released one of 2009's most slept album records, Irony, via Brick Records/Sun Moon.

Executive produced by one of Boston's most celebrated artists in MC/Producer Insight, Boycott's debut album is blanketed in a gloomy groundwork that pushes his moody musings into another level of ruminative rhyming.
